This Sunday we are having a silent dessert auction to raise funds for Josh Richards and Sheila Corson’s upcoming trip to Zambia to visit the Keurs. This will take place after Sunday service.
The Trek program for middle school and junior high students is transitioning to a flexible and more hands-on approach for the summer. Bible reading will be co-ed and will start at 5:30 and go to 6:30. At 6:30 we will begin regular whole group with a message. If you would like to continue to complete your TREK book, staff will be available to sign you off and keep you on track. You are welcome to come to both of those activities or just one of them. Take a look at the schedule on the calendar webpage and plan accordingly…you don’t want to miss out. Invite friends and bring a smile!
The AWANA program will be ending with an awards ceremony on April 20th at 6:00 pm. Please invite your family and friends to watch as we honor all of our kids’ achievements over the past year. Many kids will be earning their final badges and book awards for finishing their books. We hope to see you there!
The last few months of sermons have been posted. Older sermons have been getting archived onto the website. Our entire catalog of the current series on the Gospel of Matthew dating back to 2012 is available for listening.
We will try to continue to archive more sermons going forward.
This Sunday we will begin a new study of the letter to Titus in our Men’s Sunday School Class. We hope you can join us at 9:30!
“Looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ, who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from every lawless deed and purify for Himself His own special people, zealous for good works.” Titus 2:-1314
The Trek program for middle school and junior high students answers the questions that these students are asking during this pivotal stage of life. It encourages young teenagers to recognize their destiny in Christ and to pursue it by following God’s will for the rest of their lives.
All middle school and High school students are invited to attend.
All children from age 3 to grade 6 are invited to join us here at Omak First Baptist Church.
Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed. The Awana program reaches kids for Christ through fun, Scripture-rich experiences that lead them to know, love and serve Him.
A New Lifegroup is here! Brent and Kelli Yusi are hosting a study in their home on Monday evenings! The group will be reviewing and applying Pastor John’s weekly sermons out of the Gospel of Matthew.
